Sergeant Daniel Vasselian was killed during combat operations in Afghanistan on 23 December 2013. His body arrived at Logan Airport in Boston on 31 December for his journey home to Abington, MA. There was a police and fire escort of the family and Sgt. Vasselian. The first photos are the firefighters and apparatus that lined the route.
